Our goal is to ensure that you have the best possible experience with Promantra Labs. If our products aren't right for you, we offer a full refund of the purchase price of your first order, subject to the terms below.

To be eligible, you must request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase through promantralabs.com, with valid proof of purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a Promantra Labs product.

Opened Packets: No refunds will be provided for products with opened packets or packaging. Products must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund under this policy.

To request a refund, contact us at promantra.labs@gmail.com and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The product name(s)
• A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or as otherwise permitted by law.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through promantralabs.com. For purchases from authorized resellers, please refer to the retailer's return and refund policy. We can process refunds only for orders placed directly through our website. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or the Promantra Labs Guarantee.
